I have over 3 years of experience as an office and administrative assistant, along with a diverse background in virtual roles. My first experience in this field was as a librarian assistant, a role I held for 4 years. I was mainly responsible for handling documents, cataloging books, data entry, and providing customer service within the library. I managed this job while studying full-time, working during the day and attending classes a balance that taught me discipline, time management, and the value of hard work. Thanks to that, I was able to complete my bachelor's degree.
After university, I explored various roles that helped me grow professionally. I worked as a content moderator, a virtual financial planning assistant, a teacher, and a virtual project coordinator. These experiences taught me how to work efficiently under pressure, prioritize urgency, and deliver high-quality results. One of the key traits I developed especially as someone with a teaching background is patience, which I believe is essential in any professional setting.
