My excellent oral and written skills are one of the skills that I value the most since there is no physical form of contact, clients rely on emails, phone calls, messaging platforms, and video calls to communicate with me. Being able to write and speak helps me provide a positive experience to all who I communicate with which results in positive feedback for my service. 

To make multitasking as efficient as possible, I often use online calendars and prioritize tasks in a certain way, so I don't miss any important details. With that being said, the style of my time management ultimately depends on the unique needs of the client I'm working with. 

As a Virtual Assistant, it's very important for me to be resourceful, which may involve researching material and finding solutions to the problems that my clients Upgrade to see actual info's common for clients who are pressed on time to have me do things like check facts, reply to emails and manage social media accounts. Knowing to perform these tasks requires information that is sometimes hard to find but I always see to it that I am ready and willing to research, find solutions, educate myself, and do the work.

 I typically work alone in a home office setting, so I know I must possess the discipline and motivation required to stay focused. I understand how to prioritize time-sensitive requests and follow through with other requests while completing my work on time. I make sure to stay organized and follow a regular work routine so I can easily stay motivated throughout the day. Being organized keeps my clients' information easily accessible, which helps me to stay on schedule. 

Clients commonly enlist my assistance to manage emails, passwords, client information, birthday lists, holiday timelines, appointments, reminders, and other list items. I also manage a company's social media accounts. My clients who are limited on time often struggle with creating original content so as a Virtual Assistant, I can help with brainstorming and creating new initiatives. I can surely contribute my creativity when it comes to ad creation, social media branding, content writing, lead generation, and business development. 

I am very detail-oriented, catching any mistakes before they become public. This relates to online communication and other forms of writing, like instant messaging, where typos may compromise a company's professional image. When working for a client, I take steps to ensure I understand the client's instructions and perform them as described.
