My name is Upgrade to see actual info, but you can call me Jai. I'm 25 years old, and I live in Asingan, Pangasinan, Philippines. I have 4 years of experience in customer service in a BPO company. My role is to assist customers through calls, emails or chats with their inquiries about the products/ services, processing of refund/replacement, cancellation of orders, escalation and appealing of cases. I also have experience in Appointment setting, where I conduct cold calls to customers, provide details about the insurance and setting up appointments. 

I am passionate about providing excellent customer service and helping customers find solutions to their concerns about the company. I am also very organized and detail-oriented, which helps me stay on top of customer requests and ensure that they are handled promptly. I am committed in providing the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
