Profile Description

I have 10 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative. I handled different accounts and different channels. Being in the frontline of the business I mastered multitasking, talking to the clients while doing research, requesting and sending documents, and ensuring that I will answer their concerns appropriately and promptly. I also worked for an email support team for a few years in one of my previous companies.  I may be new to some web applications or processes but I learn fast and I figure things out quickly. I'm looking for a long-term job where I can share the best of my skills and knowledge, be one of the company's best assets, and at the same time continue to learn and apply it to support the needs of our clients.
