By taking care of all clerical and administrative duties for the team of 9 financial advisors, I enable them to focus on sales and revenue generation. Moreover, I have gained valuable experience in customer service through my current role as a customer service representative for the largest network provider in the US. In this off-shore position, I assist customers over the phone, promptly addressing their concerns and ensuring swift resolution of any issues they may have. I am committed to going beyond mere troubleshooting by identifying and addressing underlying problems to provide comprehensive solutions. My ultimate goal is to leave customers feeling happy, satisfied, and confident in the services they have received
