-Initiates analysis for any training needed for the employees.
-Oversee Payroll for all departments.
-Forecast annual budget for the department.
-Responsible for any performance management concerns.
-Oversee all company properties that are leased.
-Drafts Company policy and Handbook.
-Oversees and study the implementation of Company Policies.
-Initiate training programs for the employees as well as the management.
