I then transitioned to the travel industry as a Travel Agent at WNS Global Services, leveraging systems such as GDS Sabre, Agoda, and Expedia to manage and coordinate seamless travel arrangements for clients.

Most recently, I served as an Administrator at Hearts & Minds Therapy Center, where I supported clients with special needs and oversaw a wide range of administrative and operational responsibilities, including financial management, appointment scheduling, file organization, and social media oversight.

Following my tenure at Hearts & Minds, I managed our family business, a pop-up coffee shop, overseeing day-to-day operations, customer service, and business development. I later expanded my administrative expertise by becoming a full-time Administrator for a Thailand-based live selling business, managing operations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth business processes across international platforms.
