I am Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info, a Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I believe I have the skills and qualifications necessary to excel in this position. I have an experience with troubleshooting and managing company servers to troubleshooting POS systems, office desktops, networks, printers, CCTV, and encoding documents/files in my previous job. My experiences have equipped me with a deep understanding of IT support and I believe I can apply these skills if given the chance. I also had my on the job training at an IT Department Office. I was responsible for troubleshooting various systems and devices while also assisting in system maintenance tasks. This experience allowed me to develop a strong foundation in identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently.  I am confident that my strong technical background, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to delivering exceptional support make me a valuable asset to the company.
