Profile Description

I am a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator by profession with experience of more than four (4) years. I am competently skilled at a lot of different types of work or trades.

I am seeking to assist companies and individuals in their business needs. I provide a variety of services in civil engineering and construction as well as the architecture of residential projects, commercial buildings, high-rise/mid-rise structures, fit-outs and many more. My strength also includes Construction Estimating and Quantity Surveying. 

I am skilled in architectural, civil and structural detailed takeoffs and estimates, and I can work on the following CSI DIVISION trades specifically for US projects;

- Architectural
• Flooring Finishes, Tiling and Epoxy Coating
• Interior Finishes, exteriors panels, cladding, facade and rain screens
• Carpentry, Joinery, Ceiling, Drywall partition, Millworks and all Secondary fixings
• Plastering, Painting and Rendering
• Doors and Windows, including hardwares
• Roofing, Exterior Trims and Sidings
• Curtain wall, skylights, sunshades, glazing screens, and glazed guard rails
• Countertops and Cabinets

- Structural
 • Concrete, Formworks, Reinforcement and Precast - Structural works
• Structural Steel & Timber, Trusses/Framing and Roofing

- Civil
• Civil, Earthworks - Stormwater/Sewer/Water and other Utilities
• Masonry, Bricks & Block Works
