I worked with several realtors, brokers & investors for more than 3 years using different CRMs like FollowupBoss, Hubspot, Propstream, Podio, Asana, SkipGenie, MLS Metrolist. Proficient with Mojo dialer, Calltools, Xencall, & REIreply. Cold calling for recruiting real estate agents to a new real estate office as well as working in reel geeks database establishing contact and setting appointments. Dialing area homes for lead generation purposes.

I was also a customer service representative in a call center company for more than 3 years. My campaign back then was Tribune Publishing. I provide answers to customers' inquiries regarding their subscriptions like billing and delivery issues. I have also expertise in retention and handling supervisory calls.
