Profile Description

I have years of experience handling customer service since most of
my previous jobs are working in the Hospitality Industry, I am responsible for
providing satisfaction through the services offered.I've worked in Fastrack Services Inc, a Courier Company as an
Account holder assigned to handling Express deliveries, daily sending of
reports about successful and unsuccessful deliveries of documents, SOA
(statement of account) sorting of a returned parcel of documents, and making a
report then send to clients, we also have a meeting with the clients once or
twice a month for evaluation. 
 I also worked as an Online English Teacher for a few months,
and I am responsible for teaching basic English language to Chinese students
from ages 2 and up for 25 mins. a day and writing feedback right after the
class. We also have training for language proficiency and how to handle
different kinds of students. 
And lastly, I started my freelancing journey last
year in 2021 until February this year in 2022. As stated in the summary of my skills, I am pretty much flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do. You can depend on me that I will never abandon a task and you won't have a hard time contacting me. 
You'll find that this is why I am efficient. I am also highly organized,
detail-oriented, and have an eye for details. In any case, you would
require me to learn a specific program for this job, I am confident that you
wouldn't spend a long time training ---------- fact, I might as well learn it
myself, like most programs that I know now. I can assure you that I can easily
adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I'm a
person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
