Profile Description

I started my career as an Executive Assistant for three years. I managed the schedule and communications of the executive prioritizing emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for the meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. After three years of being an Executive Assistant, I dUpgrade to see actual info to change my career as an Accounting Staff. I performed full-cycle accounting duties using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel as an accounting system. In that role, a significant accomplishment I'm most proud of was that I was able to reduce the procedures by developing an Excel model which automated a primary accounting process resulted in time savings.
