I have been a Team Leader for 8 years now for 2 global BPOs here in the Philippines managing 15-18 Customer Service Representatives in an Airline and Travel Industry handling email and voice. Prior to that, I worked my way up from being an an email account agent to a voice agent and then to a Coach Track Trainee until I was certified as a Coach and finally promoted to being a full pledged Coach or Team Lead 8 years ago.
