I worked in an office environment

was exposed in ADMINISTRATIVE TASK and
DATA ENTRY job using MS OFFICE applications. After 3 years of being dedicated to my job, I decided to shift career in a BPO industry to further enhance my computer/communication skill. Currently I am still rendering my last month in the call center industry after working for 5 years. My main responsibility from my current job is to provide customer satisfaction my letting them feel that they are important and of course we have to make sure the their reason for their call will be resolved.
