I am very good with customer service as I used to work in the food and beverage industry as a waitress for several months (18 months to be exact). After which, I decided to work at a local call center here in Cebu City and was hired as a Customer Service/Telesales Representative for a software company. I enjoyed talking to people and explaining how our product worked.  My recent work experience is being an Inside Account Representative in a Logistics Account, inclined with my task is to cold call prospects, manage existing accounts of our customers, help them schedule and track their shipments then lastly to ensure that I met their expectation by checking on them on a daily Upgrade to see actual infow I am currently working as a Sales Agent in an International Logistics Account and I am still looking for a part time job to sustain the needs of my family and since I love working, talking and assisting people and their businesses.
In my opinion, I am an above average writer, I have excellent customer service skills, and I am confident enough to say that I am also a decent sales person. My email writing skills are also not bad. And if I had to point out one skill or trait about me that will convince you to hire me, I'd have to say its my organizational skills. Even if I have to multitask (a skill you have to master in a call center environment) deadlines and metrics will be met, and tasks will be finished before I end my shift everyday.
