I have three years of experience as a property manager in a property management company in the US. It's a very complex role because I have to deal with all of the customer's issues and coordinate with all the departments involved, whether it be billing, maintenance, leasing, sales, or maintenance. I have access to these databases because I am one of the customer success escalation agents. I also have experience in marketing particularly in creating social media posts, creating articles, and basic knowledge of graphic design. 
I am a multiskilled Virtual Assistant who knows how to lead a team and deals with C-level clients in the company. I write articles for the company’s blogs and articles while creating content on social media.I am most in charge of researching the current trend and strategies on LinkedIn – innovating processes to achieve the desired results from crafting messages, creating content, researching, and implementing tasks.
