I have been a Customer service support, Technical Support, and Admin support for over the past 6 years with two different companies. With a proven good track record. With my expertise in Data entry mainly used for E-commerce stores as well as Chat, email, and phone expertise in assisting not only to customer but merchant B2B businesses.

 If there's a need for me to acquire proficiency in a particular program for this role, rest assured, I'm confident in my ability to quickly grasp it. In fact, I often take the initiative to learn new programs independently, much like the ones I already know. I assure you, I can readily adapt to any training or software requirements necessary for the job. Once I've familiarized myself with the basics, I operate with minimal supervision.
