Hi, I'm Pat! I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and have developed a strong foundation in accounting, finance, and financial management through both academic and professional experience.

During my undergraduate years, I served as a Finance Officer for a student organization, where I was responsible for issuing invoices, preparing budgets, and financial statements. I also completed an Audit and Assurance internship with one of the Big Four accounting firms in the Philippines, where I assisted in the preparation of audited financial statements and helped ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Beyond education and internship experience, I have continuously applied accounting principles in practical situations, including personal budgeting, expense tracking, resource allocation, and financial planning. These experiences have strengthened my financial discipline, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. I am highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, which I regularly use for financial analysis, reporting, and transaction monitoring.

Professionally, I have one year of experience as an Accounts Payable Processor for an Australian NDIS Plan Management company. In this role, I supported NDIS participants in managing their funding and budgets, processed invoices and payments to service providers, handled participant reimbursements, and ensured transactions complied with NDIS guidelines. This experience enhanced my accuracy, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

While my experience has primarily focused on accounts payable and financial administration, I am eager to expand my expertise across broader areas of accounting and finance.
