Profile Description
I have been with my company for 8 years now. We trouble shoot all kinds of issue with cable, internet and phone service.
We provide steps to the customer on how they can do the troubleshooting on their end. If the steps are not available, I make sure to utilize all my tools to provide resolution to the customer. I have been the top agent quarter per quarter. Aside from that, we also have sales which I always exceeds our target. Our target is only 40% every fiscal, but my sales is always over 100%.
