Helping customer troubleshoot on their device, giving them level 1 technical support.
Ensure that it will be a one call resolution, providing information, options and doing up-sell to customer based on their needs, making them feel more valued that can leads to customer's satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Associate
Generating new customer by giving them information and helping them activate accounts with the service we provide.
Providing information to new customer regarding on what they need to set up a new service with us.
Providing general information on customer's Upgrade to see actual infoemarketing Specialist
Handled International account, doing outbound calls, responsible in generating new customers from leads.
Pre-qualified prospect customers based on the criteria of the service we are providing.
Handled health insurance, life insurance, mortgage, debt settlement and merchant processing account.
