Virtual Assistant/Customer Support/Sales/Non-Voice

Appointment setting is one of the roles that I am most interested in. I have been studying this role on YouTube and find it very intriguing. I believe that I have the skills and capability to perform the tasks required for appointment setting.

As an email management, i always keep an eye on it and respond if needed, like what i experience on my previous job. I was managing email for onboarding cleaners and we will immediately respond to it using templates provided by the clients. Additionally, i will encode it in the CRM tracker.

This type of role is easier for me because social media is trending nowadays, and I'm quite familiar with it. Engaging with people is one of my skills because I've been creating reels before. It's fun and allows you to meet new friends.

As a data entry, I organize the CRM tracker to encode all the possible prospect, like I did in the past job. I send application through indeed, and check their contact info in Apollo, after finding the contact info that's the time that i will encode it into the CRM tracker.

I have a basic understanding of lead generation, although it's not within our primary scope. I took the initiative to study this topic on YouTube, and I find the role intriguing and appealing.

While I may not be excellent in English, I can still provide excellent service.
