I am a Mass Communication graduate who finds so much joy in customer service. In my previous work; I have been the awarded "Top Agent" for one whole quarter for the entire site consisting of almost 1000 agents. As for me, I pride myself with good communication and interpersonal skills; and I believe that made me stand out.
After my call center stint, I became a full time virtual assistant for a pet supplies company based in Australia where I did product descriptions, blogging, and social media marketing for the brand. And then I ventured to becoming personal virtual assistant to authors based in USA where I helped them with editing, formatting and the promotion of books. I also manage their social media accounts and amazon review management for their books. On the side, I did review writing and transcription.
My ultimate goal is to grow in an industry where my communication and customer support skills can be used to the fullest.
