I have experience handling end-to-end recruitment.
First, we source leads from different job boards such as Indeed, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn. After sourcing, we analyze the leads, review their resumes, verify their location to ensure it is within the required mile radius, and check the recency of their experience, especially if there are employment gaps. We do all of this as part of the paper screening process.
I also have several years of experience working as a Customer Service Representative, where I handled inbound calls, assisted with general inquiries, resolved billing concerns, and provided basic troubleshooting.
