Motorcycle Inventory Assistant -Experience in managing inventory through Excel -Know how to extract data from a source- Proficient in using Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables)- Managing Inventory data- Creating a well detailed breakdown- Gather and enter data, and generate reports for analysis-Monitoring inventories in all branches and in warehouse.-Monitoring the un-served orders from supplier.-Ensures all deliveries are received correctly in the system.    -Monitors deliveries from supplier and also from in house deliveries/logistics. (warehouse)-Report monthly deliveries directly to the CEO.-Responding to??emails in a timely manner-Procuring to supplier through emails.-Responding to all branches’ concerns regardingpurchase orders.Human Resource Assistant -Monitoring attendance of all regular employees -Scheduling training for all employees. -Prepares documents for audit. -Arrange exams for trainings. -Screening and interviews applicants. -Filing of documents.        -Creates IDs of all employees. -Clerical works such as data entry andadministrative tasks.
