I do appointment setting, lead generation, skip tracing, email/text/call, application screening, rent collection, maintenance/work order, and other Administrative tasks. I am a team player and can work well with a team. I have the attitude, skills, and experience. I'm a fast learner and open to feedback and suggestions.
I have experience with Google Voice, VOIP, MLS, Google Drive, Real Estate CRM, MS Office, Outlook, Social Media Management, and other Real Estate-related Apps/Software. My computer has a 1.8 GHz processor with 8GB RAM. My internet has around 188 Mbps speed and my backup internet connection has around 71 Mbps speed.
