I have worked as a Virtual Assistant in a real estate company. I did a good job in cold calling and I've invited a great number of brokers to watch a free webinar on how to get listings. Prior to that, I started my career in BPO industry as a Sales Specialist and I had an excellent Upgrade to see actual info was a challenging and overall productive experience since it was a well known company where we process a lot of orders and we do an inbound and outbound calls. And the highlight of my BPO career was in a retail fashion company where I've been one of their top performing and multi-awarded agent for 3 years. I was adept in inbound calls for order entry, billings, and I was a retention Upgrade to see actual info addition, I have also experienced to be a chat and email support to the same company in times of high volume of customers.
