Able to efficiently manage accounts payable, account receivable and staff payroll
Preparing reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss and other financial reports to give a clear view of the business
Complete Monthly Bank Reconciliation
Create Invoices and collect on overdue accounts
Research and resolve billing and collections disputes
Interact with external clients and vendors on a regular basis
Clean up books - current records need fixing/cleanup
Adjust erroneous coding if there are any

Provide weekly update on tasks done
