Profile Description

I've been a Technical Support Representative for almost 4 years. I'm good at providing best customer experience and dealing with technical issues. I worked with a Telco Account which help me gain more knowledge and skills in addressing customer's technical issues.
I was able to work as an Appointment Setter as well wherein we are calling potential clients and offer our services to those who wants to buy or sell their property.
I've been a Product Trainer as well for 1 year and 3 months in one of the BPO here in the Philippines. We are conducting training for newly hired agents as well conducting up skill training for regular agents especially if there are new product or process updates. We, also do daily reports on our agent's performance as well as admin task that will greatly help the account.
