Started as a telemarketer for Zellers and Hudson Bay Canada with top seller citations and awards. Handled several customer service for Citibank U.S., American Express Credit Cards , HSBC U.S., WAMU Retail Banking for the last 9 years. Consistently earning commissions for extra-ordinary performance and exceeding target metrics on a monthly basis. I have excellent training in both Telemarketing and Customer Service accounts. If you are looking for a hybrid employee who excels in both, I am your guy. I have decided to work from home since the freedom from commuting at night and natural disasters frequenting my city, I feel I can continue to work effectively without the hassles of outside uncontrollable events at the comfort of my own place.
