I am a self-driven and task-oriented employee. I always try my best to work beyond expectations. I was a healthcare customer representative for 2 years giving excellent services to each of our patients. I was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert and was assigned to a new department and I accepted it whole-heartedly because I am willing to enhance my knowledge and capability in dealing with the things that is new to me. I worked harder ever than before and was motivated to do the tasks as early and as accurate as possible. I tend to help my Team Lead to whatever pending tasks he had to have our tasks up-to-date. Fortunately, I was promoted again after 3 months and become a Team Lead to a very new department. I was given a task to supervise both Quality Assurance Department and Patient Accounts Department at the same time. Aside from that, I am the point of contact for all Collection Agency's inquiries and/or concern. I am also monitoring all the Statements, Interactive Voice Response and doing the client and 3rd party escalation write-up. I am more familiar in dealing with Client Advocates.
