-Checking profile/resume to see if they are qualified
-Getting in touch with the candidate initially via SMS and
-Cold Calling if needed
-Scheduling an interview
-Submitting candidates to Hiring Manager for the final interview
-Sending out forms for Background Check and all documents needed before they start
