I am a Full Cycle Recruiter and a Talent Sourcer with a job description of
-Sourcing candidates from Linkedin, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and CareerBuilder
-Checking profile/resume to see if they are qualified
-Getting in touch with the candidate initially via SMS and
-Cold Calling if needed
-Scheduling an interview
-Submitting candidates to Hiring Manager for the final interview
-Sending out forms for Background Check and all documents needed before they start
I have been competent in my job and constantly hitting my goals. I am very reliable and do not need time to time supervision. I can source and parse resumes as quickly as possible as I value efficiency at work. I can do everything in recruitment from sourcing up until the onboarding of applicants.
