Profile Description

I'm Upgrade to see actual info, a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in English for 4 years.
After I graduated, I worked as a Customer service associate in a BPO company for a media and technology account that sells cable, phone, and internet service.
My task was to answer customer questions about their bills and current services and walk the customers through troubleshooting their equipment if they experience any technical issues. As an English as a Secondary Language Tutor, I was given a chance to help students from different countries learn English. As an ESL tutor, I have honed my communication skills and interpersonal skills.
I am also equipped with good writing skills, for I was a former member of our College's paper. I have no trouble performing data entry tasks and transcription. I
can also multitask and is capable of performing administrative duties and research at the same time. I can also create designs and layouts for promotions, advertisements, and announcements. I am well-versed in navigating through the internet and other media platforms.
I work hard and efficiently. I am tenacious about getting things taken care of. I have a lot of empathy when dealing with people who are having a hard time. I get pleasure from knowing that I was able to help someone.
