Profile Description

I am a skilled VA, email customer support, and admin. I've handled multiple accounts from billing, general inquiry, technical, financial and even writing. I have worked and succeeded in this industry for the past 8 years. I strive for continued excellence and I provide exceptional contributions to customer service for all customers. I am a goal oriented person and I have the willingness to learn. 

I have mainly used Zendesk for responding to customer emails before. I worked with e-commerce companies as a customer email support and virtual assistant. I've handled and managed social media accounts, did a lot of research as per request, graphic designing of their products and uploaded them on Shopify. I also handled appraisals, refund and replacement of orders.  
I usually spend my time at home with my kids if not working. Cooking has became my hobby ever since I became a mother. Social media also became one of my hobby since I started selling on Facebook and having my own online shop. I am also passionate in creating beautiful images and souvenirs.
