Profile Description

I am an expert VA as I work with Realtor®?/ Real Estate Agent/ Broker lighten their load by helping them in daily tasks. CRM I used; KV Core, KW Command, Wise Agent, ReminderMedia, Chime and even Skyslope. Upload listings in MLS. Upload/Draft contracts. Expert in using Canva, since this is my main tool in editing or creating listing for Just listed, Just sold, Open Inspection, Open house, Business Quotes, Tips, Flyers and so.


 I also do calendar scheduling, Admins tasks, Lead generation, Cold Calling, Social Media Management, Content Creation for listings or posting and other stuff. I have a scheduled that I follow let's say every Monday I focus on Social Media Interaction or Engagement specially with her existing clients or connection, come Tuesday and Wednesday I focus on Cold Calling either FSBO or Expired listing even Just Sold. Thursday I create contents to be posted on Friday such as TIPS, Motivational Tips, Facts everything under the sun that I thinks of and once my client approved the design or content I'll post it on all her social media account.
