Profile Description

I have over 4 years of working experience in the field of Sales and Admin.
Overview of the tasks I handled:
- Supports existing customers and deals with new customers and their corresponding opportunities
- Supports Sales Director for pricing and quotation preparation, sales information, presentations and invoice management
- Handles contract preparations (commercial conditions, payment terms) for submission of drafts or any amendments for legal approval
- Communicates with all the internal departments for all internal cross-functional processes required for a sales
- Manages CRM (Salesforce) and Qlik Sense for the Sales Director
- Basic, sales-oriented technical support
- Sales Inbox management

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Major in Business Management
- Sales and Administrative experience
- Fluent in English
- Very familiar with CRM (Salesforce) and Qlik Sense
- Good presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong drive for results with a proven track record of achievement
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and have a professional discipline
- Flexible and able to work under pressure
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel
