General Virtual Assistant

I was a chat representative for 2 years. Being a chat representative I was trained to communicate effectively and efficiently to resolve customer issues. I was then promoted to a Subject Matter Expert for 2 years. I was trained to communicate critical thinker and provide the best customer service experience by resolving all customer concerns. I am now on a team leader position providing coaching, skills training and oral/written communication coaching for the people under me.

Being promoted to Team Leader I was in constant communication with clients and other team members through email. I make sure to check emails daily and read through all the email to make sure I am updated with everything that is current for the day. I was also tasked with communicating with our clients to provide daily metrics update.

I was a phone representative for a 1 year trained to provide assistance with a courier service company where I was given the chance to hone my oral communication skills and meet metrics.

As a team leader I am used to reading through tons of emails daily and responding when needed. I usually handle inquiries and start of day reports needed by the client.
