I am equipped with Recruitment skills from building solid digital marketing teams and filling positions like web developers, multimedia designers, video editors, media buyers, social media managers, digital marketing assistants, customer service representatives, appointment setters, and real estate virtual assistants to providing leaders, Directors, and Executives to start-ups and multi-million clients. I have been training junior recruiters on how to fill positions hastily and which platforms are most effective in headhunting for different roles. I created templates and built systems for emailing letters, reaching out to candidates, and coordinating with clients, this way the new hires reduce the time it will take them to close the job openings.With my attention to detail and organizational skills, I have achieved a seamless recruiting process from start to finish by connecting candidates with the right opportunities.
