I love watching Youtube videos and I am an aspiring vlogger. I do yoga everyday. This is my way to practice healthy lifestyle specially now that we are just staying at home most of the time.

About my experience and background:
I have 4 years of working experience in a BPO company (Teleperformance) focusing on providing excellent and quality customer service over the phone. The account assigned to me was an Insurance account (based in California, USA).
I have more than 8 years of working experience as an HR Professional focusing on the following scopes:--Global Compensation, Mobility, Compliance functions (i.e. I-9, New Hire, Invoices) (USA, Canada and Asia Pacific)--Experienced working with Global Partners (home office recruiters and/or hiring managers) to identify and source qualified applicants for open positions, pre-screen, and interview candidates as required--Manage/maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), social networking sites, online job boards, recruitment database, and other recruitment tools and applications (Philippines: Mynimo, Jobstreet, Facebook, and other online job boards) (Linkedin, Indeed, and Ziprecruiter)--Experienced in advanced sourcing techniques and crafting Boolean search strings specifically in Linkedin--Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs) such as iCims, Brassring, ClearCompany, etc
