Subject Matter Expert (Operations & Data Quality )

- Review and validate billing-related requests (cancellations, refunds, escalations) ensuring completeness and accuracy before endorsement to higher management.

- Perform quality checks on teammate cases to ensure correct data entry, process compliance, and alignment with internal guidelines.

- Assist teammates in real-time by verifying account information and supporting accurate resolution of complex cases.

- Monitor ticket queues and redistribute workload to maintain operational efficiency and prevent backlog.

- Identify missing or incomplete case information and coordinate with internal teams to complete required data before processing.

- Audit case documentation for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established operational procedures.

- Support internal reporting by ensuring correct tagging, categorization, and documentation of cases in internal systems.

- Collaborate with Team Leaders in reviewing performance metrics and identifying process improvements to reduce errors and rework.

- Communicate operational updates and system issues to ensure continuity and accuracy of workflow across teams.

Billing Specialist

- Handle customer billing inquiries and disputes via email and phone, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.

- Investigate billing discrepancies, explain charges clearly, and provide appropriate adjustments when applicable.

- Manage high volume support queues while meeting SLA and quality benchmarks.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex billing and account related issues.

- Provide clear documentation and follow ups to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
