Profile Description

I've been working on the customer service field for 3 years. I've already been trained in several fields both on voice and non voice. First experience in a company was working for billing, retention and technical support department in a Canadian telco account. On my second company, I was assigned to a telco account in Australia for billing and sales department then was transferred/promoted to a UK global ecommerce shopping account that includes overall customer service on the customers. Working as a non voice consultant for my second company, it includes replying to the client's customers via Facebook, Twitter, email and live chat. I am very committed and passionate about my work and rarely have any attendance issues. I also uphold the values of the client I'm working for and I assist in the best way I can. I am highly trainable and efficient for the task that you will be assigning me to do. After I have resigned from my last job, I wanted to try freelancing. I can be a virtual assistant as you can train me or any jobs related to my career.
