I have been in the BPO industry for the past years and got an award as top performer in Data encoding . My most recent experience has been initiate calls and respond to customer’s concern using pre-recorded responses and do data entry in the high tech industry. One reason I particularly enjoy this business, and the challenges that go along with it, is the opportunity to connect with Upgrade to see actual info my last job, I formed some significant customer relationships resulting in a 30 percent increase in receipts that I encode in the database in a matter of months."
My real strength is my dedication and determination to work . I motivate and compete myself on my reputation for following through and meet the set standards and rules per campaign. When I commit to doing something, I make sure it gets done, and on time.
