Hello my name is Lane, I'm now a social media marketer and I'm using tools like Trello, Clockify and graphic design. I'm also working as a real estate cold caller. We call USA homeowners and ask if they are interested in hearing a cash offer for their property and tag the call appropriately using call tools, xencall and batch dialer. We also submit qualified leads through podio or bitrix. I also do skip tracing if needed.
I'm a graduate of Culinary Arts Management at Holy Angel University. Few months after my graduation I worked as a technical support/customer service representative at Sutherland Global Services Clark for 1 year under Amazon Audible UK and Amazon Audible Australia which gave me confidence in speaking in English. I review customer accounts and explain the charges that were made as well as the subscription and also helping them with the error messages that the customer is having. I also worked as a technical support / customer service representative at Majorel Clark formerly known as Arvato Bertelsmann Clark for 3 years under console account and travel account which honed my communication skills. We assist our customers for MS account recovery, troubleshooting console errors and explaining charges on their MS account. For the travel account I assist the guest in making changes on their reservation and assist guest in relocating due to unexpected circumstances. Then due to the pandemic I dUpgrade to see actual info to try homebased job as a real estate cold caller at The Leadgen Pros where we call USA homeowners to ask if they are interested in hearing a cash offer for their property using Call tools and Xencall. If it is a qualified lead I put the information on Podio. Then I found a better opportunity with The Straightforward Home Solution were we also call USA prospect sellers via Xencall and submit qualified leads on Podio then sadly the company closed it's doors for cold callers. I was able to land a job few weeks after as a real estate cold caller at Iva Pro where we called sellers using batch dialer and send the qualified leads through Bitrix. I'm now a social media marketer and I'm using tools like Trello, Clockify and graphic design.
