Profile Description

I graduated from BS Accountancy at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (University of the City of Manila) as I have a strong interest on business recording and reporting.

My college degree and previous work experience at SM equipped me with the knowledge of day-to-day business accounting operations, which includes but not limited to bank and credit card reconciliation, cyclical audits, generation of monthly reports and statements, A/R management and financial records management.  This knowledge enabled me to fulfill my function as business analyst/systems analyst of SM's Accounting Dept. to customize design for automation of bank card reconciliation which increased the efficiency of process by seventy five (75%), to create new accounts receivable systems that eliminated the manual process of applying collections thereby achieving the one hundred percent (100%) efficiency and to provide recommendations and specifications needed on audit enhancements/problem resolutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the existing process, just to name a few.  Throughout my more than eight (8+) years at SM, I became an expert on multi-tasking, analyzing, active listening, resolving conflicts, collaborating, receptiveness to feedback, work ethic and relationship management.
It also made me a hard working, dedicated and committed employee.

To further develop my skill set, I joined Globe as an IT Consultant-Rollout Manager, that solidify my existing knowledge and skills on project management.  I have managed more than one hundred (100+) projects for USSD, AMAX (auto-load) and web portal platforms in the span of less than two (2) years.
My work at Globe strengthen my time management, prioritization, planning, monitoring, team work and critical thinking skills.
It also led me to a more responsible worker of a company and exposed me to a different technology.

I also became a part of Guardia Sibil Private Agency Company as an IT Project Consultant-Implementation Manager/Accounting Supervisor.  I managed the implementation of computerized accounting and administrative process which achieved the one hundred percent (100%) efficiency.  My work involved scheduling, coordinating, monitoring and designing information system and accounting process.  In addition, I handled the training of staff and supervised Accounting and Admin group on its day-to-day use of the new system and accounting process.  As a result of my more than four (4+) years work experience in this company, I became an expert on mediation between manual (paper) process people and IT group, and I had strengthen my communication and people management skills.

Outside of work, I also have a strong interest, knowledge and talent on video editing and voice over, and I am fond of reading and watching tutorial videos as I am eager to learn new things.
