Profile Description

As a Recruitment Specialist, I was assigned to look, invite, pre qualify, interview and endorse the applicants to my previous clients in the jobs that they posted.
I do the initial screening and process before endorsing them if qualified to my clients.
As a VA, I handled clients from other online searching jobs like Odesk. I've been a, personal assistant, a secretary, a customer service specialist and a researcher.
As a Customer service and Sales provider, I was given a duty to answering customer’s inquiry and needs via Emails, and Phone calls. I provide services, support and guide customers regarding their concerns and needs by using company’s products and promotion to address the needs of the company’s customers. Respond immediately to the customer’s request and complaints. After fixing concerns i immediately transition the conversation to sales and up-selling of the products.
