I am a freelancer with more than 10 years experience in the BPO Customer Service Industry.
I currently have about 3500+ working hours for 6 E-commerce companies over the past 6 months and have learned and helped these companies in increasing their profitability and also by ensuring positive customer experience is observed at all times. I have used various tools such as Gorgias, Gsuite, FreshDesk, Zendesk, Magento, Shopify, ShopBase, ShipStation, ChargeDesk, SnapEngage, Googlesheet and more.
I have undergone various customer services training and applied them all in my day to day tasks. Excellent communications skills and negotiation skills are among the top skills that I have. As an effective team player, I am able to collaborate with various stake holders which made a great impact in the success of the projects that I have handled.
