Profile Description

I am the outstanding and knowledgeable Virtual Assistant who can assist you with the following duties and tasks, in addition to those listed in the job description and prerequisites you provided.
I am your customer service, success support, credentialing specialist, and operations supervisor, and I am capable of carrying out the tasks you listed and am familiar with the platforms and software you mentioned. Less than 30 hours a week is doable for me. I am flexible with scheduling, including on the weekends.
About me: I am a graduate of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, which basically put me in the customer service industry where I handled multiple segments such as healthcare, background checking, credentialing, medical devices, order management, social media handling and many more for almost 5 years. Then I dUpgrade to see actual info to make it a full-time job as a VA. I was formerly in operations and leadership before I jumped to this home-based job.
I have a dedicated quiet working space, an office table, a working noise cancellation headset, have a very reliable internet connection and speed (at least 300Mbps) and have a decent working desktop computer running in Windows 11 that I have been using since I worked as a full-time VA and Customer Service.
I am able to work within any time zone as my schedule is very flexible be it fixed or not. I am under Manila Time (+8GMT) and I can start as soon as possible.
