I have been working in a BPO industry over 5 years handling customer service/ front liners for a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). We've been handling customer complaints and de-escalations of customer/ clients major concerns by finding solutions upfront. Prior to that I have been working in the same FMCG inhouse for over a year as multi-brand agent and data gathering assistant.
Currently, I am working as freelance real estate loan processor (US based company) for almost a year. We communicate with clients, lenders, banks and other agencies that involves in processing their loans.
I am a computer literate and familiar with Salesforce, US lender portals and can handle projects in a given span of time. I am a hardworking person and willing to undergo trainings to fit in the jobs I will be in.
