Finance and Account Management – I have experience and basic knowledge in reconciliation and
accounting task from clients.
Customer Service Skills – 5+ years of accumulative BPO experience with various accounts from Healthcare to Travel and Airline industry, which honed my soft skills from accomplishing various of
tasks for clients all over the world.
Ticketing, booking and reservation (airline, car rental, hotel reservations)
Familiar with CRM tools such as Zendesk, Kustomer and Intercom. I’m also familiar with the Airbnb platform as I worked as a Customer Support Specialist for them.

• Data Entry
• Strong background with Airbnb and familiar with other booking sites such
as Expedia, Yourporterand Upgrade to see actual info
• Previous experience in responding to customers via email, chat or phone; booking reservations,
checking the calendar of the host’s, helping guests in looking for a listing suitable for their needs
and expectations, post booking and pre booking concerns.
• Excellent navigation skills with the Airbnb app for both hosts and guests.
• Basic background in financial administration, reconciliation of accounts for clients. Cross checking
payouts for hosts, if needed.
• Familiar on how co hosting works in Airbnb.
