Profile Description

Through years of providing support via phone and email for thousands of needy customers, I have honed the skills I needed to resolve their products, services, and technical concerns efficiently and effectively. And as I grow in this line of work I have also developed a character that enables me to be empathetic and passionate, far more important than learning any technical skills and processes that can be learned through product training. Communicating to customers with eagerness to resolve their issues pushed me to think outside the box. It paved the way for learning new things and creating new ideas that will benefit the customer, the company, and my colleagues. I can say that I may know only little but that little information that I know can grow when watered with a good amount of related information and ideas.
