Profile Description

I was an Executive Assistant / Transaction Coordinator to licensed realtors in Georgia for almost 4 years. I did all the admin tasks such as managing under contract transactions, sending emails to closing attorneys, lenders, and other realtors. I'm also responsible for reaching out to leads through emails and text using kvcore (CRM). I also manage my clients calendars, emails, and google drive. I create invoices for my clients, and also create flyers to be posted in social media.
Before I have worked as a Virtual Assistant, I have been a Customer Service Representative for more than 9 years as a Customer Service Representative. I am responsible for answering calls from the customers who has concerns about their bills as well as changing plans on their mobiles/internet. As a Quality Analyst, I was part of the Credits & Rebates team who investigates credits being applied on the customers account as well as any other fraudulent activities made on the account. Being a hardworking person who has worked for almost a decade, this helped me become stronger in a way that it helped me how to handle stress, how to be flexible, and how to work under pressure.
